My name is Christine Frazer, and I have been an HR professional for the last 3 decades. I’ve been a part of some of the most challenging business models you can think of in some of the most challenging industries out there. My experience has extended through all types of business. I’ve worked in non-profit and for-profit as well as private and public entities. I have extensive experience with government contracting, including prevailing wage contracts. And remember… I worked in prisons for 15+ years. Any issue you have will be something I’ve almost certainly handled before.

I focus on employers with 10-99 employees. Why? Because that’s where the magic happens. At this size, there is so much potential. This is also a great opportunity to work together and be pro-active before any bad habits form.
